Koshihikari from Aizu is sometimes evaluated as more elastic than the famous Koshihikari from Uonuma.

[How to cook delicious rice]
Point1. Choosing water is one of the important points to cook delicious rice.
There are hard water and soft water, but soft water is recommended.
Use delicious water not only when cooking, but also when sharpening rice.

Point2. The second point is how to wash the rice.
Rice is described as "sharpening", but due to advances in rice milling technology, it is not necessary to rub it with force. Gently rub it to remove dirt from the surface and quickly dispose of the sharpening water.
